The use of coriander helps in the removal of heavy metals (such as mercury) from the body as well as aiding in sinusitis problems.

Basil – Eating basil leaves improves the function of the digestive system and helps in cases of constipation and diarrhea. Placing crushed basil leaves on mosquito and insect bites helps soothe the area and reduce the effect and damage of the bite on the body.
